Shtashfin — my emi

I have paid my emi 2 days before the pdayment date and it still shows me processing, i get the messages from stashfin sayiing to pay my bill nad now i have penality for late payment. I have already paid and it is still saying processing. Call me [protected] its emergency. I have posted the photos od the payment and messages i received from shtashfin.
