We booked 3 plots july'2016 with shubh labh infrabuild pvt. Ltd., it is a sister concern company o[censored]nicare developers and infrastructure pvt. Ltd.
At the time of booking mr. Nand, mr. Rajesh, mr. Anjani and mr. Ashutosh told us that our company also buy back plots. And any person who is citizen of india can avail this offer. Investors can opt for 6 years plan to get double and 12 years plan to get 4 times of the invested amount from the company.
We have paid completely for these plots. And then requested to get the registered assurance that company will buy back the said plots and on completion of 6 years company will pay back the double of the invested amount. It's been more than a year that company is escaping itself to perform the legal things. That company has never co-operated with us.
This company is collecting money from the people like us and invest the
Collected amount in new projects and never develop the ongoing projects.
Few days back, we confirmed for the expected project completion dates. Till date company has not reverted back with the appropriate details.
This company is dealing in big projects in mathura, jewar, garh mukteshwar, etc. And not even a single project is registered under rera. Company is also not providing any reason for this.
