Shubh Nivesh — Inability to make phone calls and also send messages

Please, for the past 2 weeks, I was unable to make calls nor send any code though I had registered my sim card. Calling customer service was to no avail. My e mail is [protected]@gmail.com. I am as of now waiting on you to address these problems. Thank you for your time.
