My new credit card was delivered in May 2019 and was supposed to be working from 1st June. For over the counter transactions, the pin is not being accepted. Also, for online transactions, the OTP is being generated and used but again the transaction is being denied.
I am using my old pin as mentioned in your covering letter. Is there something I am missing or is there a problem with my card ?
My card number is xxxx xxxx xxxx 2370. Also, I would like to mention that no chip is visible in the new card unlike in the old one.
Kindly help me to sort this problem out.
