Shubh Nivesh — Nuisance by stray dogs

I am a resident of Brahmakumari Lane Sector J, Aliganj Lucknow . I am a student and I am suffering alot from the conditions created by 6-8 dogs in my colony at night (1-3am). They bark and howl through the whole night making it difficult to study and sleep. It has become extremely impossible to sleep in this case.
Please take immediate action by lifting up these street dogs.
