The item received was defective. The cable had a cut which is difficult to create manually. So I represented the issue. I can enclose the detailed whatsapp conversation where the rep was trying to place a blame on a technician without accepting the reality. In reality I had the technician visit my house unpack the shipment and we both reviewed the product. It had this cut created not by a person but by getting compressed.
