This is Varun Sant from the Dahanukar colony area in kothrud.Lately we have been facing problems with stray dogs that have turned aggressive and tried to bite people.It is a group of about 7 dogs, turned aggressive and they attack people now.

Hello, its not my complaint. I just want to ask you that others state's prepaid sim will work in Jammu? If not so why? And also others state's postpaid sim will work in Jammu?
