Shubh Nivesh — street dogs

I live in jagat puri new delhi, street no 16. Here i am facing one big problem, a family near by fed some dogs. Now the dog number is more than 20. They live in their house, they always used to bark and hawl 24×7, one cannot even sleep and concentrate on their work. I have complained about this several times, but nothing has been done till now... It is very hard to live here now, i don't know what kind of society is here, they too get angry but don't do anything about it. As a responsible citizen i request you to take strict action which will help in cleaning the society
