Shubh Nivesh — street dogs in our area

I’m a resident from chandanagar, indira nagar. We are facing a very big nuisance with stray dogs in the night near overhead tank chandanagar which is disturbing our whole night due to this my small baby is not able to sleep and he starts crying. There are even many bats in our street which may lead to other disease. So please clear these issues as soon as possible for the safety of our residents. Hoping for the best from you.
