M an online reseller... I gave order in march for 3 sarees to my vendor and she gave those order to yogesh lohiya (Owner of shubh saree, jodhpur) but till now he hasn't send the order and now not giving the refund and not picking the calls and on whatsapp he only seeing the msgs and not responding properly. He is having total amount of 1475₹ (425×3 sarees + 200₹ shipping charges) plz help me out in gettig the refund as i have to give back to my customer.
