Dear Sir/Madam,
I, S.PREETHI, am writing this complaint against SHUBHAS AND CO regarding the non-delivery of my order despite paying for express shipping. Below are the order details:
Order Number: ORD-NR811QE92H
Order Date: 08.02.2025
Item Ordered: Sprinkle Drape Gown
Amount Paid: ₹2250 (including ₹250 express shipping)
Mode of Payment: [UPI]
I ordered the item on 08 Feb 2025, expecting delivery within the promised timeframe. However, it has not been delivered yet. I contacted the company via Instagram, customer support, and email, but received no response.
As per The Consumer Protection Act, 2019, this amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. I demand either:
Immediate delivery of my order, OR
A full refund of ₹2250 along with compensation for the delay and stress caused.
If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 7 days, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Court and seek legal action.
I request the Consumer Helpline Authority to take necessary action against SHUBHAS AND CO for their negligence and fraudulent practices.
