Shulabha Creative — Wrong product of cheap quality have been sent

I have been sent the wrong products. Parcel reached me at 1 afternoon. Been called them more them 10 times and the phone is replying switched off. Have sent them am email with images of wrong products along with image of my order and images of what i ordered and the very big differance. Have asked fr exchange or refund but have got no reply. Please dont buy from them.
