Hi all,
I was a customer of Rujuta Diwekar. I was in the 4 month program for which I paid 2 lakh rupees.
My first concern was that she asked me to take 8 different kinds of vitamins each day. I mainly took her consultation because she always says that we should eat like our ancestors. But here I was asked to take 8 pills each day.
After following the diet for 1 month my weight increases by 7kg. When I informed Rujuta of this, I was told that it's muscle, which it definitely is not because I suddenly had a tummy which was not there a month back.
Also the diet I was provided did not addresses timing issues and did not specify what exactly to eat or how much to eat. I have brought this up several times during the weekly meeting and I told that your diet does not provide any details on what and how much to eat.
Every time I was asked what do you want to eat, I was told to eat whatever I like but to sit crosslegged while eating and also always to eat full meal.
When the diet does not mention what and how much to eat or does not help with any issues, what am I paying for?
Do not take Rujuta Diwekar's consultation. It's expensive and you will lose not just money but health too if you follow her advice. Was this information helpful? |
