Shyam Tour & Travels — No service provided even after payment

I had hired a taxi from Shyam Tour and Travels from New Delhi to Haridwar for today.

I had paid him half the amount ₹3000, as advance for the same.

However, they have not provided me with any taxi service and also have not returned me the advance payment I did.

I have been trying to reach out to them since yesterday but they are not answering to any of my calls.

I have attached all my whatsapp conversation with them, the payment that I paid, the documents from the company (payemnt QR, company card, vehicle photos, aadhar card)
