Shyaway — Defective product

I have received an order from shyaway. Order AWB[protected] I received it after several calls to them. This order found to be defective I sent a complain request via website to concerned dept. On which there was no reply. I kept on calling because my product was under exchange period so I though to get it done asap. Today I called them there was and informed everything, the only problem was the tags were untagged. They suggested me to sent it from my side via courier but that is not possible. When the product is already defected and m raising complain regarding it having every product related details including tag. They cannot reject to receive it.
