Dear sir,
I have purchased Honda Activa from Shymashonda in February 2023.
After that as a customer I have not received a fair customer service from them.
Every vehicle service, they are just doing it and it is not complete. Especially labour service is very poor.
While running the the sensor light is on.
Once up on a time, the silencer of the vehicle also missed while running the vehicle because of the scerws are not tightened properly.
For replacing it, they took upto 1 month time.
Now my vehicle got an accident on April 30th. and I have given the vehicle for claim. I have taken insurance from the Godigit insurance which has given by Shymas only.
Before taking repairing, they have told me only below 500 that I need to pay and rest amounts are covered in the Insurance Claim. I have ensured that it from the staff and then only i have given confirmation for the repair.
After the repair is completed, they have informed me to pay 2000/- from my side to release the vehicle.
They are not k... to many staffs of Shyamas for solving the issue even to the MD.
But they have lagged me in to a situation that can't explain as a customer.
Today only I received my vehicle.
So I requesting your kind attention that, i need justice for the bad incidents that I have faced from your dealer.
Major Complaints i have
1. Very poor customer service after sales
2. Keep on changing their words.
3. Labour work is very poor
4. They not providing genuine customer service.
5.Long waiting period for warranty and insurance Claim etc.
My father is 70 yearsof old lottery seller. He was walking all these waiting period, because of the vehicle not received on time.
Yesterday only the vehicle came from Alappuzha to Kattanam and today we have taken it by giving the amount as per the invoice.
So I am hereby requesting you for immediate attention in this regard.
I need Justice for delay, false commitment, mental and emotional stress, my time etc.
I am expecting your reply As soon as possible
