Dear Sir,
SIDBI banks owns an officers apartment at Washi, sector 26. Since few days we are facing issue related to phase reversal reported by our Lift AMC vendor i.e. Otis Elevators. I also tried to mail to superintendent officer of Vashi. However, my mail got bounced. I also tried to contact on various phone number provided on your site as well as on bill itself. But no one receiving the calls.
You are requested to look into the matter and requested the resolve the phase reversal issue. Phase reversal causing the lift st0p abruptly, might cause the stucking the lift. To avoid any accident you are requested to resolve the issue on urgent basis.

We have 40 nos of flats at Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Sector no 26.
Since last 15 to 20 days, we are facing Lift malfunction & abruptly stoppage.
Lift AMC vendor Otis elevators informed us that, there is a phase reversal issue in sector 26 by electricity supplier i.e. MSEB.
You are requested to look into and do the needful at the earliest.
It is causing inconvenience to our occupants. Further, it might cause accident.
Its critical & urgent.
Pls look into.
