Sidbi Happy Returns Bond(series-i) — Folio No.SI[protected]

I had purchased 1 Bond of Face Value (Rs.30, 000/-) at issue price of Rs.5000/- on 1 Feb 1993. Payable Rs.5000 each from 31 Jan 2003 to 31 Jan 2008.
As I got frequently transferred in department, during this period; I did not receive these 6 installments.
This Bond was purchased in my Sunil Kalgounda Patil Name.

Please advise me, what steps, I need to take for getting these installments released now.
My current R/Address is:D-602, Suyog Aura, Near CIPLA Foundation, Warje, Pune-411058.
