My name is Satish Shah, and I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my Siemens washing machine, registered under complaint number [protected] on 22.01.2024. Opting for Siemens, I believed in the company's reputation for genuineness and reliability. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Since filing the complaint on 22.01.2024, the responses from your team, including service manager Saloni Madam, Vaibhav Sir, and Mr. Dinesh, have left much to be desired. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the technician visits have proven unproductive and financially burdensome. The first visit on 24.01.2024 charged me Rs. 800/-, citing the need to change the water valve and motor. Regrettably, there was no subsequent follow-up on the status of the ordered products. Further communication on 26.01.2024 revealed additional expenses of Rs. 3005/- for the valve and door lock. The promised 3-4 day delivery time was not met, and upon receiving the ordered products on 30.01.2024, the technician failed to rectify the issue, attributing it to a faulty circuit. After numerous days of experimentation, multiple calls, and disruptions to my work schedule, I find myself deeply dissatisfied with the lack of responsibility taken by Siemens in resolving my washing machine issues. The unprofessionalism, delays, and miscommunication among your team members are disheartening. I urge you to investigate and address this matter promptly. I have with me all the needed phone recording for further investigstions too. My trust in Siemens as a reliable brand has been severely shaken, and I expect a swift resolution to this matter, along with a commitment to delivering better service in the future.
