I, Anant Khot & my wife had been in agreement with signature linkers private limited with membership number STGC15877. They had informed us at the time of booking, that they will provide the accommodation at the hotels/resorts having 4 star and above rating. Also, they said if you can give at least 7 days' time, we will arrange the accommodation even though our requirement is 30 days prior intimation. I tried booking on multiple occasions, every time they said it has to be exact 30 days prior intimation and if we give prior intimation they will give excuses that the dates are falling black out period. Also, if the above criteria is not there, they will say we don't have service in that location or the rooms are not available on the dates mentioned. Last time when I had put pressure on them, they booked me/my family in a hotel where the complimentary breakfast was offered to the regular customers and we were made to pay for the breakfast as well. I request you to intervene and kindly request for reimbursement of the money which I have and penalty as applicable for cheating or defective services Was this information helpful? |
