I had taken amc and fully paid the amount before asking to book hotel and had asked multiple times whether i'll have to pay any amount at the hotel or not. But, today one day prior to checkout from the first hotel I have received a mail that i need to pay ₹4200 at the first hotel which is sun park resort and spa, manali and somewhere around ₹1900 at the 2nd hotel which is hotel rock castle in shimla where I haven't checked-in yet. Now, they have mentioned that there has been a fire accident at their office because of which they cannot clear the dues right now and later on they will settle this amount in the amc that i will have to pay next year. In the mail they have sent yesterday they have mentioned that their services have been disrupted due to fire accident till 1st October but today it's 24th October. When I wrote a mail regarding this issue they sent a new mail with date till 15th Nov. Was this information helpful? |
