I am filing this complaint against Sikka App for not giving the promised reward after completing a finance task.
I completed the "CoinSwitch" task on the Sikka App. CoinSwitch is a finance app (crypto investment platform). The task required me to:
✔️ Download the CoinSwitch app through Sikka
✔️ Register as a new user
✔️ Complete full KYC (Aadhaar + PAN)
✔️ Use the app and submit UTR/screenshot as proof
I followed all steps correctly and submitted the required proof. The task was completed on **4th July 2025**, and it has been several days now with no reward credited.
Since then:
✅ I have sent more than 10 emails to Sikka App’s support – no response
✅ I joined their official Telegram channel (25K+ members) – but it is read-only
❌ There is no option to message any admin
❌ No reply or support has been given from their side
This is clearly a case of false advertising and user exploitation. The app is collecting installs and data but not fulfilling the reward promises. There is no accountability or support system available for users.
I request ConsumerComplaints.in to take action against Sikka App and highlight this issue so that others do not waste their time.
