I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the prolonged delay in possession of my unit at Sikka Kaamna Greens, Sector 143A, Noida. Despite multiple extensions granted under UP RERA and the revised completion deadline of September 28, 2022, the project remains incomplete, and possession has not been offered.
This delay has caused significant financial and emotional distress. I have fulfilled all my obligations as a buyer, including timely payments, and I now seek clarity on the following:
Revised timeline for project completion and possession.
Compensation or penalty for the delay, as per RERA guidelines.
Status of amenities and infrastructure promised at the time of booking.
Escalation matrix for unresolved grievances.
I urge you to treat this matter with urgency and provide a written response within 15 working days. If no satisfactory resolution is provided, I will be compelled to escalate this issue to UP RERA and explore legal remedies.
