As per your notification for conducting Remote Proctored Examination is very good decision for all, but Sir my whole day yesterday become tensed as you all know in this pandemic no one cyber cafe is open and also where I stay my network is not working so properly and server problem was also there .That is the only reason why I can't gave my Exam after paying resit charges, and it's also not possible to attend Sikkim for attending exam.
I also shared my screen also at your help desk but no positive response was passed to me. These three exams were pending for a long time which are MB0038, MB0040 and MB0041.
Please Respect Sir, it's my earliest request to SMUDE that if they give one chance for another exam within June"21 then I get relief because after paying fees and study and time for this was very much hearted me.

People behind the counter are very rude and has no knowledge. Reputed hospital like Manipal should hire correct people for the job. Patients party like myself have to face hatresment. When simple question was asked reply I got was i have already told you before..when a family is admitted in emergency the treatment and the answers I got was rude and much worst than govt hospitals...I am writing this complain to public commission too...

Hi, My name is Rohit. I live in kochi. I am pursuing BCA from SMU DE, and for completion of my BCA i only have to complete 5 subjects. In order to write my exam i have to travel to Sikkim to write the exam which is around 3 days journey from kerela to Sikkim. It's an extremely outrageous decision of Sikkim Manipal University to call students who opt for distance education. It's a 2-3 days journey to Sikkim to travel for exam. We are in 21st century and internet is booming. When you can conduct several exams online why can't you conduct for the one last time. It's completely barbaric of your university.

I am highly disappointed to hear that even after opting for the distance learning education, I am being asked to appear for the examination in Sikkim. Kindly note that I could hardly manage my academic fees for SMU distance learning course as I have many other liabilities with me. Even, my nature of job does not allow me to take such a long break from my Office. Plus, I shall not be able to afford the transportation charges to Sikkim I am in a state of shock at the moment. This now becomes the responsibility of SMU to preserve the interest of all those students who are enrolled in distance learning and are unable to come to Sikkim for appearing in examination due to any reason. I hope to hear some positive revert from your side soon. I would otherwise request you to process the refund of my fees (I have paid so far) as I shall not be able to travel to Sikkim owing to financial constraints and my course shall remain incomplete . My name is sachin. I have raised a query about BBA course from your website. After sometime I received the call from Deepika and she guide me how to fill the form and how to pay my registration & 1st semester fee. Before I made the payment I have told her my percentage what I achieved in 10th and 12th standard And I clearly told her that I scored 42.8% in my 12th standard, so please me know If I can apply or not.
She told me that no issue you can apply but you need to show your work experience. I said ok and I have almost more than 4 years work experience.

On 23 feb I have paid my registration & 1st semester fee to manipal University.

And on 15 March I got a mail from manipal University that they not allow me to take addmission because I scored below 50% in my 12th standard.

After that I mailed them on their emails address i.e ([protected]@onlinemanipal.com
[protected]@mmenterprises.co.in) and also I have raise the ticket through their portal but still I am not receive any revert or update from their side.

My point is why their executive misguided to the candidate? It is totally unfair and waste of time of candidates and as well as wrong information sharing from their side with candidate.

I would request you to kindly look into this and tell them to refund my registration & 1 semester fee ASAP.

I writing because I need an arrangement bro be done so as to improve my MBA marks. I have scored 59.57 in my MBA from SMUDE. As is evident I am short of just 0.43 percent to achieve first division which is hamepring my future career prospects.
To be specific - I applied for the position of Assistant Professor role in various institutions. Now, the AICTE criteria for assistant professor is first division in Post Graduation level.
Given the gravity of the situation I request for a prompt approval for reappearing for one or two subjects so that I can become eligible for the mentioned role. Further, please ratify and approve for such unique arrangement to be made in my particular case.
This situation has put my career at stake. Hence a prompt response and arrangement will be highly appreciable.

I took admissions for my MBA in 2017 and everything was going smooth they charg3d 18000 rs per sem and it was told it is distance education and now they are asking me to come to Sikkim and write the exams.
Please Refund My fees

Due to leakage of geyser, the walls are getting damp and wet. Because of that, the plug point got short circuit. Plz fix this

I am not happy to say that, I am not getting option to submit Project synopsis on my smu portal, where I will submit my synopsis, please help me soon, and nobody response me to tell clearly...

As per confirmation received from the Courier agency, documents are delivered on Sep 24th but to date, no confirmation received for the dispatch of the transcript. The toll-free number is always busy and on mail, the standard reply is - Once received we will process it.

I started mca from smu in yr 2017 at that time i was told that exam center will be in my home town only and it won't change.
Now from last yr 2019 they have stopped taking exams in local centers and compelling us to travel sikkim to write exams.
Why should i travel to sikkim?
Neither its feasible nor of any sense as i opted for correspondence course as per my convenience.

They don't give any reply now.

I have received an email stating due to some malpractice during the remote proctored manipal entrance test (Met) 2020, your score obtained in met 2020 is nullified and will not be listed in the rank list.

I am pretty much sure that i have not indulged in any such malpractices while scrutinizing the audio & video recording of the test (Met 2020). I have not even got any warning during the course of 02:30 hrs of the exam.
I have written my met with full sincerity and dedication because it was my aim to join mit manipal for b. Tech in computer science. Moreover while i was writing my exam i was seated in a separate isolated room with proper ventilation and absolute silence. My application number is[protected]. So i request you to please take this into consideration and consider my met marks and let me know my met rank.

I am in 5th semester and pursuing mca. I am from delhi and it is not possible for me to go to sikkim to give exams. The mistakes are from university end and we students have to suffer because of your mistakes and court cases.
I enrolled in sikkim manipal for mca as it has a centre in delhi and now u gave a message stating that exam will be conducted in sikkim, if we were interested in sikkim for exam then why we choose open university its better to study in local regular universities than going to sikkim for exam. Such behaviour is not acceptable. I am trying to contact at the help desk but there is no response or only saying that no other examination centre available.
Guide for every semester calls to help students up to 3rd semester and ask their queries but as we reach to 4th and 5th semester no one calls to take note of students or help for queries. Also after the change of location of exam centre also the guide appointed for the students should have called to help students but such help is also not provided from your end.. Just a message forwarded that give your preference month for the exam in sikkim.
Helpdesk is not responding to calls and giving messages that u have still not given your preference for the exam.
Kindly arrange for the same exam centres that were chosen at the time of admission in sikkim manipal university for already enrolled students.

I have shared my grievances over the social portal on twitter and linkedin and will definitely take this matter with education authorities for making student fooled around the corner. I need my refund for all the semester fees or else get the flight tickets and stay for my wife as she won't travel to sikkim for the exams as she is expecting in june & july.

Dear sir, this is to appraise you that if you could help us out. My wife ila pathania has enrolled for mba and roll no. Is [protected] wherein she has successfully completed her 3 semesters with 'a' grade in feb 2019 with #sikkimmanipaldistancelearning and now the main problem areas persist after depositing the fee for 4th and last semester in the same month where they assured that examinations will happen in august 2019 which was not happened without given any reason by this so called #sikkimmanipal university and keep on doing wrong practice that it will happen anytime before december but again that was not happened and now after doing the continuos follow up, they came up with an extra ordinary reason that exams will be conducting at sikkim and student have to make their own arrangements of flight and stay. If would advised by faculty of smu at the time of pursuing mba then we will not opt for this and more important is being a distance education learning why one have to travel to other city? #studentsfirst #studentsuccess #studentsupport #studentservices

Smu is playing with the students. I got message from smu thta exam centers will be in sikkim only.

1. If i have to go to sikkim to give exams then why should i opt for it. There are many regional unversities which provide distance courses i would have opted them instead of smu

2. I am a working professional. Due to hectic schedule i can't get a week or two week leave from my office to travel to sikkim. Are ther thinking about the precious time of their students and they are self obsessed.

3. I live in hyderabad. Travelinh to and fro to sikkim from hyd will cost me around 20+k and smu is not paying that money. That money will also go from my pocket. Are they out of their mind.

4. Smu never informed about the delay in exams. My degree should have been completed by feb end but due to their poor communicationi don't have my degree which will impact my future.

5. I mailed them to refund my money but instead of refunding they are showing arrogance and stating that this is the final communication regarding exam center.

If the court has not declared the result in your favour then atleast refind the fees of the students so that they can pursue their career with their regional universities

I took admission in smu (Distance learning) in 2015. I cleared all semester honestly. I wasin jabalpur till 3rd sem.in 4th sem after exam i left jabalpur and came to delhi. I was surprised when i saw backs in 3 papers.
I paid for 2 times first time they said exam has been completed where u were even they did not inform me via mail or msg regarding exams. Second time when i paid again and wanted to reappear then now these rascals are saying examination center only can be in sikkim not out of sikkim.
Before the payment they did not tell me about their policy after payment they are telling.
Pls do not take admission in this university who ever is running business through this university they all are fraud

Smudde exam center issue is the prevailing n causing disruption in student life n career.

They simply send out a mail stating exam center is in sikkim request students to book the seats. Smu will bear the 50%of the accommodation expenses.

Who the hell bear the travelling expenses?

In my case from kanyakumari to sikkim it costs around 5k by train one side n 3-4days to reach. By flight it costs 10k one side one person.

I have a small baby n husband will also come to take care of baby in my absence so 40k to 50k min required to come down there for 1 semester.

Who will invest that much to just give exams there.
Smudde promised n of it has regional exam center i took this course not coz of its fame n name. Got it smu.

I request please refund the money so that i can take pg degree from other universities.

1st -SMU offer is purely against the spirit of distance learning. If I had to appear there, then I should've enrolled myself in some other collage not SMU.
2nd - SMU should've sent communications on time to time updating me on the delays. Whereas, I am chasing your local office and you guys since long.
3rd - SMU not talked about transportation, loss of time, loss of income and other overheads which will hit my pocket directly, if I accept SMU offer.
4th - who is going to compensate me for this delay in obtaining my degree?
5th - who and how will compensate me for negative impact in my career growth as well as salary increment due to various gaps at your end?

Please help me on the above points.
