Hello sir/madam,

I am scheduled for my mba - hr second semester exams from 16-february-2018, for which i have received the online booking system. During my last semester i faced an issue where i was alloted for exam center which was located in the outskirts of gurgaon and i didn't even had conveyance to go due to which i had to miss all my exams. Just to avoid that situation i applied for center change for which i have paid 500/- to change my location from gurgaon to south delhi but there is no center that is located in south delhi. Now when i am applying for my second semester exams i am facing the issues of exam date and timing again. I am getting the same date and timing for all my exams for first semester and second semester papers.
All i have is 2 dates and 2 time slots available for 8 subjects of mine, which is technically not possible for anyone to cover.

Help me out with this.

I have cleared all my exam and now synopsis is pending. I have uploaded synopsis and guide detail in required format multiple times. Every time its got rejected with feedback - guide's qualification not attached.

However, its attached on second page (1st page for experience and 2nd mba qualification).

What should i do, please help or suggest any contact number for the same. It would be great help from you. Thanks

Dear sir/madam,

I am a already student of sikkim manipal university and admission from your nagpur learning center i am given the complaints about your university. Your university calling to customer only for new admission and after admission your center and your customer care not help and not give the proper answer. My few subjects are back also my semister only for your call center and learning center. I need to clear my semister and all pending subjects.
I need to discussion with smu head for changes in examination patter.

I siensyntiew blah from nongpoh (Meghalaya) have long cleared the m. Sc. (Ecology & environment) distance course from the university and have applied for the migration certificate in october, 2017 last. All necessary documents and demand draft have been sent by registered post addressed to the registrar of the university but till date i have not received the certificate nor any response regarding the matter. Kindly do the needful from your end as i urgently need it for my admission in another university.

I finished my mba from sikkim manipal university but i didn't receive by the original certificate. So i contact university by its costumer customer care no they told me that they have the same. Will send me for that need to do a mail to the given mail id. From december 1st itself i done the mail. As the costumer care word that will replay with 48 hrs. But didn't get any replay. Agin i tried customer care they told me didn't receive the mail. I done the mail and confirmed the mail is received. But i am still waiting no response from the other end. I have no much time to wait because this is for about my job.

Wrong uias code is mentioned on my bba degree certificate, and as mentioned on degree certificate, i visited www.uias.org website to verify my uias code. When i entered my uias code metioned on certificate and clicked on authenticate, it showed it is invalid uias code. Is this some kind of fraud or what? Why my degree is not valid? I have done bba through correspondence smude (Sikkim manipal university distance education) and completed whole process patiently and now when i have finally got my degree, it has wrong uias code. Please check what is going on, as they don't even reply on time when i mailed them regarding same.

I applied for my second semester mba-hr. I was informed i will receive my study material within 15days of my fee payment. Its been over a month i still didn't received any study material along with fact that they never respond to emails and calls. I always have to ask myself about updates. Along with this they always have excuses that "it happened because of this and that, we must have not provided right query."

I have cleared my 4th semester exams in 30/6/17. Till now, i haven't received my degree certificate. I shall be grateful if you kindly let me know when will i receive the same.

Dear sir/ mam,

Greetings!!

I am an indian national working in dubai enrolled in bsc in safety and fire management program with sikkim manipal university distance learning.

It’s been 4 times that i upload my project and requested to arrange viva. Every time in the result it showed me as absent in the project. The project has to be uploaded online and i did it every time and no viva related information or update was given to me.

One of my friends living in abu dhabi was also enrolled for the same program and for his project he got a telephonic call for viva.

I filed many complaints, every time they ask me to re-register. I did so and now this time they replied that your project report was successfully received and send your skype details to this email address. (Ia. [protected]@smudde. Edu.in). I did as they asked me to do.

Then, as per the result declared on 26/09/2017 again it is showing that i was absent for my project sf0060 in theory and viva. But as i have already uploaded my project and have a confirmation of project receiving was waiting for their viva confirmation. How can they do this every time?

I filed complaint again and this time they are not responding to my complaints and i am feeling helpless.

Mark sheet and complaint reply attached with this incident report. Please help as i have to submit my documents to current company urgently. I have a great pressure on me.

Hi team, i have not recive any ia date confermation that i have to submit ia till 18 sep and now it expired i have paid for 6 exam and you have increse the fee as well, i am working women, i dont have time to check the status online. Smu has provided all the examination center far from whitefield area in bangalore which is minimum 30km away from whitefield area. Last semester the centers where allocated in most of the places and were scattered evenly, which made easy to choose the nearby center. This year it became very difficult to reach the examination center on time in this traffic. Kindly make provision for examination center in whitefield area.

I am hidayath from bangalore. I had my 1st semester mba exams today in pillappa college of engineering (Cener code - cka09) when i went to the center i was told that the exams are not happening and the center was 24 kms away from my house. I called up the call center no[protected] and a lady from there confirmed that the exam for today was postponed. I left the place after confirming from her. Now i called up the call center again and some other associate tells me that the exams where not postponed.

There is lot of confusion in this university and the management is pathetic. I spoke to several people from examination controller and also other escalation manager at the call center and there is no resolution. Moreover, what ever may be the resolution i have lost my entire year because of this institution. I want my money to be refunded and also want the team to look deeply look into this issue because it is not just money, it is waste of my time and a year and these type of issues cannot be entertained in education industry.

Hello sir/mam,

I took admission in smu-de in oct-2016. I was scheduled for my exams in june-2017 whose centre happened to be in sec-14 of gurgaon which is 10 minutes away from the place where i stay. Later on exams got postponed due to change in ugc guidelines and i came across that my new centre falled at world institute at sohna-palwal road, which is 1:30 hour away from the place where i stay. Along with this there is no conveyance, 3 hours of travel daily, plus i have a job to work. I opted for distance education from smu, as i knew this university gives me liberty to choose the parameters of dealing with all the situations like this, however your helpdesk people are nowhere to be found initially, plus later that i dropped an email regarding the same but they never responded. The next day i again called the helpdesk and had a conversation with couple of people who are totally helpless with the matter, one of them was not even able to understand what i am trying to say, as she sounded like a south indian background who doesn't even understand a single word of hindi or english. Now, if possible for you, help me out at this situation.

Hi, my name is shivani mangal, i've and one of my friend ragini gupta got registered in smude for mba 2 year program in 2016. At the time of registration both smu staff as well as the counselor confirmed us that the exam center for each of the 4 semesters will be in gwalior m. P. That is the one and only condition because of which we've got registered in smude. After 1st semester we got registered for 2nd semester expecting that the exam center for 2nd semester will also be in gwalior only but, after registration only 10-15 days before exam we were informed that due to lack of students strength the exam center will be at agra i. E. Not on gwalior.
Now when we contacted them regarding this issue they simply told us neither the exam center can be in gwalior nor the registration fee for second semester will be refunded. Even though i would take second semester elsewhere from gwalior, there is an uncertainty regarding remaining semesters' examination centers.
So now what we want is either an assurance from the university to take all the remaining semester in gwalior only or refund us the registration fees of both first an second semester because apart from gwalior we cant take exams elsewhere and the university staff has affirmed it before and now because of it if we cancel the course, our whole year will be wasted. Hence we except positive response from your side and please help us in resolving this issue.

So they told me you have to get b grade or percentage of 55% and my percentage is 54.38 i need 12 marks to get admission now i am in need for improvement exam to improve my grade and percentage
