Dear Sir,
Your application is forwarded to the concerned section for processing the refund.
In the case if you have made the fee payment through Online (Net Banking/ IPG/EMI) mode, the refund amount will be credited to the same bank account /card holder’s account which was used to make fee payment transaction. In the case if you have made the fee payment through DD mode, refund will be made through DD in favour of the Applicant. In the normal course, Refund will be processed within 20-25 working days. You will receive an intimation once the refund is processed.

Sir,
Its a very bad experience with SMU... first u take admission without
confirming eligibility & cancel it due to lateral entry.. i never
suggest anyone to take admission in SMU... kindly refund my fee amount
as soon as possible...
