I just want raise complaint regards SMU help desk person over there misleading students an really don't care about students they are concern about their money and nothing else they people really don't have manners my exams are in Jan but still I haven't got my correct book slot m complaning from 1month for same but didn't got any resolution seriously disgusting and ppatheti management.
