Sikkim Manipal University — Not getting exams structure after paying fees

Hi I sumita m jangid, I have enrolled for mass media and journalism course in 2014, in 2015 during my 2nd semester exams my mother passed away and this lead to back logs, now to whom should I contact no one is giving me proper response mr zeeshan rozani who did my admissions process now is not giving any response whereas shraddha who is sitting at mulund edulight centre telling me that now university is contacting directly to the students. This is not at all expected from that university, I need proper response to this or else I have file a case against the university.
