Sikkim Manipal University — SMU System is not accepting my Valid id

Dear Sir, This is to bring in your kind notice that I am trying to book my exam for last 2 days your system is not accepting my valid id. I have tried no. of times .I submit my complaint to your study center as well they said that yes there is problem and they have forwarded this to university. They said that university will give you the available slots if you are unable to book your exam. Sir, I am working class I have to manage my work as well as studies. This is not my mistake if am unable to book the exam due to SMU technical problem. Please sort out the issue as soon as possible and allow me to book my exams as per my convenient.
