I have taken admission in SMU in 2010 and at that time I was informed by the learning center counselor that if by any reason I will not be able to complete the course within my course validity period I can write an application to extend my course validity and I can complete my course. I have paid fees for 2 semesters as 20000 rupees and my validity period is completed. When I have requested to extend my validity period to the university the response which I have received was that the course validity can not be extended. When I have asked that why was I given the wrong information by the learning center there was no response from the university side. This is a very very poor service by this university. I am unable to complete the course also I have lost my 20000 rupees. Kindly help me in getting my paid amount back as the university is not responding any more. Was this information helpful? |
