Government of sikkim state lotteries regularly draw three times 11:55 am, 4:00 pm and 8 pm in a day. Sikkim government collects huge amount from westbengal in a day near about 30 crores per day from 3 shifts and when they announced the results prizes amount will not more then 20 lakhs. According to govt. Rules prize amount should be 50% at least of collective amount. Sikkim state lottery doing a big scams to the west bengal customer. It is not my point of view you can verify some the customer who continously get the lottert tickets. Maxmium prizes would be return tickets.
