I have bought the premium server 15 days ago by paying complete fees in advance and in just 15 days all my websites are down and server not accessible. Help support does not work at all in this hard time. All clients are shouting because of this. I have tried contacting the company via Technical Chat, Call helpline, Raised Tickets, Sales chat, but no luck at all, Only sales team responds via chat and asks to contact technical team which doesn't respond.
Never ever rely on this company at all for support. Wasted my hard earned money
