[Resolved]  Silver Park — deducted account balance without booking

i had book hotel silver park at 3/3/14 for 2-nights 7/3/14 to 9/2/14 but my booking is not confirmed but my balance is debited from my acccount is 2198 Rs, on 3/3/14 at 2.47 pm.so plz credit my account balance because hotel is not booked,
