Silver Spoon — Not paying security deposit amount

Complaint - I hv paid Rs.13000/- vide Receipt No.452 dr.20/02/2020 for Room No.201 but thereafter LOCKDOWN started hence could not attend the hostel even a single day. So, demanded the deposited amount . But the owner and the manager refusing to refund the amount since last one year. The limitation period is going to close to take Legal Action against the Hostel Owner Mr.Ashish Viral Mob.No.[protected]. I HV also offer to pay 50% amount i.e. Rs.7000/-, but in vain. So it my humble request to help us to get refund my deposited amount.
