Dear Sir/ madam,
Around a year back I was looking for the option to go to Mahabaleshwar through Redbus. I logged on with my Mobile No. on Red Bus. After searching for a good bus with reasonable rate i saw booked the seat. I realized that the timing and date were selected not correct. But there were no option for cancelation. Later I found that the booking was confirmed & payment was done by Simpl pay without my consent. I couldn't cancel it nor I went by that bus.
After, that time & till now, Simpl was spamming & threatening through messages frequently. Now it has started calling from different Numbers all the time day & night.
It has caused me a mental torture & still causing too.
This complain is for the awareness among people that how Simpl makes payment on behalf of you unknowingly & than chases you by all means to recover it even though we have not availed any services.
I request authorities to get Rid of this & free me from this spamming. Also, take action on the modus operandi of Simpl Pay.
