I enrolled in SimpliLearn’s AI-Powered Business Analyst course on 10 April 2025, with EMI through Fibe. After attending classes, I realised I cannot continue this course and the switching options available are insufficient.
My request is simple — I want to CANCEL my enrollment. I am not asking for a refund, not asking for an extension.
Despite this, SimpliLearn keeps responding with their refund policy, which is completely irrelevant to my request. Cancellation and refund are two different things.
What I need is for SimpliLearn to formally cancel my enrollment and notify Fibe so that no further EMIs are charged on my account. Fibe has already confirmed that SimpliLearn only needs to initiate this from their end.
I have followed up multiple times over email with no resolution. This is a clear deficiency in service. And requesting for sending FIbe the UTI number after cancellation. Was this information helpful? |
