I enrolled for the PMP Certification Program with Simplilearn on 29 November 2025 after being provided information regarding the program, including the validity period for appearing for the PMP examination.
At the time of enrollment, I was informed that the validity to appear for the PMP examination was 12 months. Based on this information, I enrolled in the program and planned my PMP preparation and examination accordingly.
However, when I recently proceeded to claim/opt for the PMP examination voucher, I was informed that my exam voucher had expired and that I would now have to purchase a new voucher by paying an additional amount.
I was subsequently informed that the exam voucher had to be claimed/opted for within six months of enrollment.
This six-month requirement was not clearly communicated to me at the time of enrollment. More importantly, during the course, the information repeatedly communicated to me was that after completing the lectures, I would need to successfully clear two mock tests, following which I would be eligible to claim the PMP exam voucher.
At no stage was it clearly communicated to me that the voucher had to be claimed within six months of enrollment, irrespective of completion of the course or fulfillment of the mock-test requirements.
I therefore believe that the information provided to me was misleading and materially incomplete, as the six-month deadline was an important condition that directly affected my ability to avail the examination voucher included as part of the program.
Had this condition been clearly disclosed at the time of enrollment, I would have taken the necessary action within the stipulated period. I relied on the information provided by Simplilearn while purchasing the certification program.
Specifically, I request that Simplilearn be directed to:
Honor and provide the PMP examination voucher without any additional charge, as the voucher was part of the certification program for which I have already paid.
or refund complete amount of rs. 45000
I am seeking a fair resolution and request that Simplilearn be directed to allow me to book my PMP examination without any additional payment.
