I enrolled in a Simplilearn course after being verbally assured by their sales representative that:
* The course would be non-programming, and
* The classes would be conducted in Hindi.
However, after enrollment, I discovered that the course was heavily programming-oriented and delivered entirely in English. As someone who does not have strong English proficiency, this made the course practically unusable for me.
I raised concerns shortly after enrollment, but no corrective action was taken. I again requested a refund and even filed a complaint through the National Consumer Helpline. Despite this, the company has refused to process the refund, citing internal policy timelines.
This situation has caused me financial loss and considerable mental stress.
