Simply Shirt Store — wrong product delivered, refund not initiated

Dear Sir,

Please note that I have ordered denim shirt online against order number[protected] to simply Shirt store. The order has been delivered to me after various follow up and I have the full amount RS. 999 in cash. But after opening the pack I found that the the shirts I have ordered is not the same.

I have ordered for denim shirts and the same is not received.

I immediately inform the company via email along with all supporting photographs but they have neither refund the payment not taken back the Shirts.

Till date I am waiting to receive my payment which I think that the company has cheated me as there are many complaints available in website against the company.

Please arrange to refund the money and cancel the registration of the company as they are selling their garments in the brand name of Koutons in facebook.

Please do the needful.
