I enrolled with Simplilearn around December 2025 for CISA preparation. Their main selling point was that if I didn’t clear the exam in my first attempt, they would cover the retake exam fee with a free voucher. Now, when I reached out for the retake voucher, they claim I am not eligible and give excuses based on hidden terms and conditions that were never explained during enrollment.
This is misleading and unethical. They charged me ₹1.20 lakhs for the course, yet refuse to honor the retake promise. Several colleagues faced the same issue—Simplilearn markets the “free retake” as a benefit to lure students, but later denies it with excuses. Their support system is broken, tickets are closed without resolution, and there is no accountability.
