I have purchased tvs apache rtr 180 bsiv on 5th nov, 2018, from simron auto, gurgaon. It’s been more than 6 months today and i haven't got registration certificate of the vehicle. Whenever i call the dealer they just keep saying that you will get your rc in the next few days. Now the traffic police is bothering me for not having the number plate even after 6 months from the date of purchase. When i mailed tvs regarding this issue the customer support is also not resolving the issue. I am requesting please take this matter seriously otherwise i’ll file a complaint against you to the consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
