SIMran Motors — Allotted car to different person without notifying

Booked Suzuki celerio 2 month before of delivery date. But due to some personal issue I can't pay the remaining balance on time. When asked about my vehicle they said we have allotted them to a different person. They said If remaining balance were paid on time then we are able to allot you chasis no. for car according to company policy . Although I got my car delivered a month later.
