Singapore Work Visa With Job — Not completed the Visa and job process even after 1 year

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Muraleeswaran from Chennai, Tamilnadu.

I have paid INR 100, 000/- through bank transfer to Sai Education and Job Consultancy Pvt Ltd for a Work Permit with a job in Singapore.

I have paid this amount based on the google reviews and also the company is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. I also visited their office in Chennai.

They agreed to complete the process within 3 months, but now it is nearing 1 year. Still they haven't provided any details on the process. I have mail communication in this regard. Now whenever I mail them for status, they simply say "We will let you know soon".
