Singarajupally Fee Plaza — Illegally asking for money

I have sufficient balance in my fast tag and my vehicle's tag also working perfectly, it's previous scan happened successfully. but persons at toll plaza are asking to pay the money instead of scanning. It is repeated twice. If we ask about the mistake they are abusing.
