I booked a ticket in singh bus from jamshedpur to patna through goibibo. Seat allocated was sl4. But the bus staff was very rude and changed the seat to sl10. He told that the seat sl4 is already booked to some other person by him. So he will not change it and you will have to go in sl10. Also i talked to bus staff and he realized it and told that he will not change the seat as sl4 has already booked by him to some other passenger so he will not change it. The question is that how can he book same seat to some other passenger. I also talked to goibibo regarding this and inspite of his efforts, my problem still not resolved. This is not the first time these bus staffs do these things.
