Singhi & Co — Late delivery

Courier was posted by me on 20 Feb, 2016 from Delhi to sadulpur, churu(331023). But the same was delivered today at 3:30 pm. But according to normal conditions of courier it was to be delivered in 2-3 days.And courier is delivered by third person not by courier boy..So I request to you that improve your service, so that in future no inconvenience will face by me.
