Singledebt — 30,000 Refund Pending : No Service Provided

I paid around ₹30, 000 to SingleDebt expecting proper support with creditor calls and debt resolution. However, I did not receive the promised service and I was still getting daily harassment calls from creditors.

Also, I want to clearly mention that this ₹30, 000 amount was not paid to any of my creditors. The entire amount was taken by the company and kept by them, and no actual service was provided to me.

Because of the lack of support and continuous stress, I decided to opt out of their service. Even after opting out, my ₹30, 000 refund is still pending.

I am already going through serious financial problems and this amount is very important for me to pay my creditors. ₹30, 000 is not a small amount for me.

I request the company to please understand my situation and process my refund as soon as possible.
