Complaint:
I wish to file a serious complaint against SingleDebt for fraud, mental harassment, and non-delivery of promised services.
✅ I enrolled with SingleDebt and paid ₹62, 000 to them, expecting genuine support in managing my debt situation and protection from creditor harassment.
✅ Despite this, the company failed to provide any of the promised services:
No call forwarding was activated as assured.
No negotiations were carried out with my creditors.
I continued receiving threatening calls and home visits from creditors.
I was asked to collect NEFT details from creditors myself, which defeats the purpose of their service.
✅ Additionally, their team:
Stopped responding to my calls and emails after taking my money.
Refused to process my refund despite multiple follow-ups.
Made insensitive and humiliating remarks, asking me to post about my debt publicly on Twitter and discussing family awareness.
Introduced hidden charges (POA fees) that were not disclosed initially.
✅ I have given them ample opportunity (including a 48-hour final escalation) to resolve this amicably — but there has been no response.
Relief Sought:
Immediate full refund of ₹62, 000
Action against SingleDebt for fraudulent practices and mental harassment
Direction to the company to cease all further harassment
