SIP ABACUS — Children are being cheated

Suresh and Manjula Jamakhandi who manages SIP Academy Hubli has always been rude to students. They both are very rude and unprofessional and doesn't have any sense how to talk with parents. They talk rudely with children in front of their parents.
After paying high amount of fees, they didn't teach properly. And now after completing all the levels and also took assessment 2 times, they are rejecting to give certificates and demanding to take assessment some more times. They didn't even update children's level wise progress in the parents app which is provided by SIP.
They will not give certificates even if we take assessment for thousand times or even more. We had e-mailed about this to the e-mail id given in the website but they did'nt even bother to reply to the mail. They are not taking any action against the franchise.

Please take action about all this and issue my son's certificates as soon as possible. And please see to it that no one else faces any problem in Hubli Franchise.
