We have been cheated by the builder who has not provided us with basic amenities for the flat ; faulty doors and windows; glass panes broken ; taps leaking ; drain water leaking ; main door gap between lock and door;
false ceiling dismantled and loose wires left hanging ; causing electric hazard;
faulty electric meter provided not replaced; we have paid penalty to goa electric board;
meter still not replaced; we have paid 4 lacs more than price provided to other flat owners who purchased at same time yet were given furnished flats ; while we were not;
